Physio-Led Pilates Terms and Conditions

Payment Physio Led Pilates classes are a block booking. That means 5 x 1 hour of Pilates tuition from an experienced Physiotherapist. Payment must be made prior to attending. Refunds cannot be made for missed individual classes.

Booking To secure your place on the 5 week block you must make payment, and book and attend your pre assessment before the block starts. Payment can be made directly through a bank transfer or by popping into the clinic to pay by any major debit or credit card. If this is your first time attending then the clinic will contact you with the relevant payment information required. If you decided to sign up for a further block, payment must be made on the last week of your current block to secure your place. If you are unable to make payment within this timescale, please contact the clinic to make alternative arrangements.

Cancellation Policy If a block booking is cancelled by a class participant with more than 7 days notice prior to the date of the first class, then payment will be refunded. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 20% admin fee. If a class has to be cancelled by the instructor, an extra class will be offered or refunds for that session will be given.

What if I can’t make a class?
After the block of classes has commenced, no refunds will be given for cancelled or missed classes. However, we will try to be as flexible as possible taking each individuals circumstances into account.

Physiotherapy Advice
Although we cannot give you specific physiotherapy advice on your individual condition during classes, we can give you more comprehensive Pilates advice as professional Physiotherapists. If you are looking for a fuller assessment of a condition or regarding Pilates, a one-to-one session can be arranged, please contact us. We offer a pre assessment lasting 15 minutes before you commence the block to discuss your relevant history, teach the principles of Pilates and set some goals.
